Pick the life first.
Then the home.

• Each thing you pick (skiing, beach, warm winters and so on) is worth the same.
• A place gets full credit for a pick it's known for. Skiing, beaches, surf and lakes count fully when they're within 60 minutes' drive, and three-quarters when they're further.
• Winters count fully when January is in the range you chose, and half when it's close.
• The % is the share of your picks a place covers. 100% means it has everything you asked for, not that it's perfect.
• When places tie, the ones built around your picks (fewer unrelated extras) come first.

You've made 2 picks, so many places can reach 100%. Add a few more to narrow it down.
